In footwear segment, Karina was one of the pioneering companies in Brazil to have developed, throughout the years, special formulations, between PVC compounds and Masterbatches, which fostered the sector’s development thus marketing Karina one of the segment’s preferred suppliers. The company’s compunds are used for shoes sole injection, tennis shoes shock absorbers, heels, sandal straps, componentes, slippers, amongst others.
The compounds are used:

Its low cost and low density make the expanded compounds a good option for the injection of soles. There are manufacturing processes where expanded compounds can be used:
Conventional expanded compound (air injection).
Injection of soles/sandals/flip-flops.<
They are compounds formulated with raw materials of high chemical resistance. They resist water, soap, detergents, grease, temperature variations, and other aggressive agents to PVC.
